Empowering TVET Teachers for the Digital Age
In Ethiopia, many young people struggle to find jobs. The government has a plan to create millions of new jobs by 2025, with a focus on technology. To make this plan work, we need teachers who can teach young people digital skills. That's where TVET teachers come in. They're the ones who teach these skills to students. So, it's important to make sure they're ready to do this job well.
Our goal is to see how ready TVET teachers are to teach digital skills to students. This is a new program, and we're starting with TVET teachers. If it works well, we hope to include other teachers too.
